Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of StokaTerminal ("StokaTerminal", "we", "us") at stokaterminal.com and its applications and connectors (the "Service"). Access is limited to accounts we have already provisioned; StokaTerminal does not offer public registration. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

StokaTerminal is a personal life-organization and coaching application for managing your calendar, tasks, finances, health, career, files, and notes, including optional integrations with services you choose to connect.

2. Your account

• Accounts are privately provisioned, are not publicly available, and may not be transferred.
• You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: breaking the law; infringing others' rights; attempting to access other users' data; disrupting, overloading, or reverse-engineering the Service; or uploading malicious content.

4. Your content

• You retain ownership of the content you create or import. You grant StokaTerminal only the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you (such as storing, processing, and displaying your content back to you).
• You are responsible for the content you add and for having the rights to use any files you import.

5. Connected services

When you connect a third-party service (such as Google), your use of that service remains subject to its own terms. StokaTerminal accesses third-party data only as described in our Privacy Policy, and you can revoke access at any time.

6. Existing-account billing

• Any billing arrangement applies only to an account that has already been provisioned and does not constitute an offer of public access.
• Where an existing account has a paid arrangement, payments are processed by Stripe and its disclosed renewal and cancellation terms apply.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. StokaTerminal is a personal-organization and coaching tool and does not provide professional financial, medical, legal, or career advice; you are responsible for decisions you make.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StokaTerminal is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or as needed to protect the Service or its users.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by notice in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
